Video from Doorstation 2n v18->v20

I migrated a v18 to v20. In the v18 the 2n-doorstation triggered a call, and on the snom-phones the videofeed was displayed. In V20 this is now broken.
This was accomplished by setting an action-url in the adressbook:

How to do this in V20? Is there a supported or an unsupported way?

Hi there.
You could check this with the snom vendor directly, as for this you will need to require custom configurations, and it is not supported from our end.

OK, as I assumed, there is no supported way.Why do you think that snom can help me there? They have a solution: i have to start the xml when a call is incoming. this clearly can only be accomplished by changing the adressbook.

What is the unsupported way to change the adressbook an a v20 on linux? In V18 on windows I could access the addressbox-file. In V20 to my mind everything was locked. How can I change the file?
