First, decide upon the phone. Second, decide on the technology of wireless that you want (DECT or Bluetooth). A few of the Video phones have built-in Bluetooth. However, several of the headset companies such as Plantronics, Jabra and vXI make wireless headsets and will have a cable or lifter assembly that can turn the phone into a wireless headset capable device. Jabra specifically has headsets for the VP530 which you can go to their site and use their compatibility guide to locate a suitable model.
You may want to also call them and inquire as to what the compatibility means. Some may not be able to use the connect/disconnect function without you having to manually push a button on the phone itself.
