Greetings,
I have noticed that when I receive a call from a contact saved in my personal directory, the caller's number appears twice
Example:


While when I receive a call from a contact saved in the shared phone book, the caller's number appears only once
Example:



Is there a way to make the number appear only once even if the contact is saved in the extension's personal directory?

Hi @FirstPoint,

Please be informed that this is the expected behavior when the contact is saved in the Personal Phonebook, as the Phone System first checks the Phone System Phonebook and then the Personal Phonebook.

There is no way to make the number appear only one time when it is saved in the Personal Phonebook.

In regards to your inquiry, there is no way to display the name before the number.
