Hello all,

This is my first post on the forums, hopefully, I'm posting this in the correct place, if not please forgive me.

We are currently building a system for a real estate company and their current system we are trying to emulate.

Basically here is how it works.

The call comes in and the receptionist will take the call. The customer then wants to speak to an agent that isn't in the office and doesn't have a dedicated desk phone for themselves. So the receptionist would then transfer the call to that agents "ext" which is only there so that she doesn't have to type in their cell phone number every time this occurs

yes, that's how it works. create an internal number, fill in the "mobile" field and select "call my mobile".

Once it get sent to their cell does that still count as a simultaneous call on the system or since its now on their cell its outside the pbx?

Also thanks for your response!

will be. the call goes through the PBX. and you will have two external lines occupied.

We're certainly advising people to use the apps, but some users are hesitant to switch to it.
