Hi,
I have tried to set the VLAN on the WAN port of the phone either through the provisioning tab on the 3CX or on the web interface of the Yealink phone.
I then force provision the phone. The phone gets the correct IP range in the correct VLAN and get's it's provisioning data via STUN, yet it cannot register itself to the cloud based 3cx PBX.
I'm not sure why the phone is not registering and wondered if:
If the phone can DHCP with it's correct VLAN tag, get the correct DHCP range from that VLAN, why can this phone NOT register to the 3CX server?
Are there other settings I need to look at on the 3CX PBX ?
Would this be some router config issue?
Thanks!

- The port the phone is connected to is configured for ALL VLANs, do I need to change this for some reason?
- The port the phone is connected to can be configured with LLDP-MED but that did not solve the issue.
