VM Compute/Resources requirement @Azure Cloud for 96SC / 500Users

We have requirement for 3CX Phone system with 96SC (500 Users) deployment at Azure Cloud. We couldn't find the VM compute/Resources requirement on 3cx hardware specification document (https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/) and its mentioned only for 250 User setup.
Kindly advise on the below.
1.Do we need Azure Marketplace or Azure VM with 3cx debian OS?
2. Required VM compute/resources on Azure for 500Users (96 SC license)?
3. Required Bandwidth for 3CX 96SC Setup @Azure?
3. Share additional recommendation for 3CX Setup @Azure.

You can base the machine specification on the enterprise system specs, as with any Cloud 3CX system running Linux with a 10 GB network connection, and deployed via the Azure marketplace, so that you can then pick the specifications as needed.

Thanks for the details. Please advise on the recommended VM compute/resources on Azure for 500Users (96 SC license) @Azure Marketplace? we need to check for pricing & share the same to customer.
