Vmail problem

Since upgrading from v9 we've had intermittent problems with Vmail and sometimes it just doesn't work and we miss messages.
We have no Voicebox log file in the Logs folder but attached is the IVR log that shows some error. I tested the Vmail today at 0832hrs and you can see the error message at that time.

I've already reinstalled v10 twice now and still getting these problems. I have made sure the 3CX uninstall helper says it's Ok before installing again.

that is a new error to me. I would recommend disabling any firewall/ antivirus software and try again and see if that helps. also try another default machine, there might be other software causing issues.
 
Hi there - update to latest service pack and try again to rule out any possible old bugs.
