Voice Mail Instructions

Can someone point me to written information on how to manage Voice Mail while listening to messages? ie. how to skip a message, move forward or backwards, etc.

I would hope that most people could use it without a manual, as it is all voice prompts. But if you feel some people need written instructions...

What the customer is looking for (hoping is avaialbe) :
1. how to fast foward through a voice mail
2. how to skip to the next voice mail
3. how to play back sections of a voice mail.

Evidently this is not part of the feature set?

Assuming you are talking about how to do these things from a deskphone:
1. how to fast forward through a voice mail: There is no x2 Speed feature, so not possible.
2. how to skip to the next voice mail: Press * to stop currently playing VMail, then 0 to go to the next one.
3. how to play back sections of a voice mail: Same as #1, you cannot somehow manipulate the speed or playback of the VMail, you can only interrupt it as explained in #2.

Now if you want to use the 3CXPhone Client for listening to VMail, you get a visual list of all VMails. Also you can download the actual .wav file, open it e.g. with a Media Player and do anything you want.
