Voicemail Beep Volume

Where can I change the volume of the beep used at the end of voicemail announcements?

I have reduced the volume of beep.wav in ivr/prompts/sets
as well as the beep.mp3 in ivr/prompts.

Changing both to a lower volume has not solved the problem.

The correct path for the prompt set is C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts\Sets and the correct file is the beep.wav. Make sure you are making the changes to the correct prompt set and ensure that the .wav file is at the correct format after you have made the changes.
also after you make the changes make sure to restart the IVR and media service.

Here's a beep.wav that's half length, half volume. The wav file is shared with the beep to leave a message on voicemail, so you can't just delete it.
