Voicemail doesnt work with new 3cx upgrade

Hi All,

Got one big problem , when i log into voicemail 299 it asks me to enter extension number then it pauses and says thank you and goodbye. This has only happend since i upgraded to the latest version. Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this ?

If you enter extension number are you hearing 'Please enter PIN then press pound' ?

What phone are you using?
