I'm running 3CX on a debian box. Up to about 2 months ago (best guess) voicemails were being emailed perfectly fine. Now they've stopped. Buckle up, because this is a weird one.
I've made sure the firewall wasn't blocking anything, I can send regular notifications for voicemail fine, but when I try to send the voicemail attachment it never makes it to the mail server. I've monitored with tcpdump on the server and it's definitely making contact with the mail server and then closing the connection. I've checked that it's not going into spam, it's literally like the email just never arrived to my mail server (or servers because I've tested more than one with the same result)
Can anyone think of anything else it might be? Doesn't appear to be the ISP blocking anything either. I even set my laptop to the same IP as the phone system (shut the phone system down) and ran an SMTP diagnostic tool that was able to send fine with attachments.
