Hi all,

I have issue with my extensions here.

When there's call from external, dials to an extension, and no matter I have disabled voicemail on that extension, 3CX picks up the call and says 'voicemail for this extension is disabled'

Any idea why?

If you have a look at the table below, you can find some VMail (123) with 3 secs to 4 secs, they were logs where 3CX picked up the call and said 'voicemail for this extension is disabled'.

Are you saying extensions where VM isnt disable is stating it's disabled?

Is it one ext or multiple?

What are the forwarding rules on the ext

Hi,

When calling internally, can you reach an extension's VM normally or do you still hear the message?

When calling internally, I'm not getting the voicemail is being disabled message.

It's like that extension is picking up the call (3CX) and saying 'voicemail for this extension is disabled'.

Sounds like your forwarding rules have external calls set to forward to voicemail (which is disabled) and internal calls are set to end call. If that is the case that would be considered working as intended.
