Voicemail limits for hosted instances

Are Enterprise NFR keys not using the same values as regular Enterprise keys?

Hello @Connexium,

Yes the link mentioned above is correct but not regarding NFR keys.

Regarding NFR License keys:
All NFR Hosted instances have 25GB of available Disk Space with 1GB allocated for Recordings and 1GB allocated for Voicemail regardless of the SC number or if they are Pro or Enterprise.

I fail to understand the logic behind this, but now I know at least.

Self Hosted NFR will not suffer from this deficiency, correct?

This is correct.
Self Hosted instance available space will be based on the specs of the Hosted instance you are going to purchase with your Hosting Provider.
