Hi guys,
I created a small flow which is used afterhours where a caller calls in, they hear a message and that gets emailed to a specific email address. This was working fine until they provided an incorrect email address (which was not active) so none of the emails were received.
Is there any location within the 3CX tenant where these messages are stored? I did open a backup and have a look (the call flow extension is 605) but could not find anything.
Thanks, Rob.

Have you checked in the voicemail folder of the extension if it is listed there?
For Linux is listed under: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Voicemail/

Temporary files used during a call flow are automatically deleted when the call ends. So these recordings are not in the 3CX server anymore. If you need to keep them, you will need to use the Record component, specify a file name, and then that file will be kept. Then you can use the Email Sender component to send the email.
