Voicemail message without leaving message

We have a client that would like to have VM for a extension where it plays a message, but does not want to allow the caller to actually leave a VM message.
The message would say something like "please send a email to [email protected]" as a example.

Not aware of a way to do that by default, but, after the message simply say "thank you, and goodbye" then leave a long silence (1 minute?), after the message, or, record a busy signal. The caller would probably get the idea that they should just hang up.

Why not simply forward the calls of digital receptionist, play your message and end the call?
