Solved Voicemail options

In 3CX standard voicemail greeting having options of “leaving a voicemail message” & “ press button to contact operator” options. I do not want to add “contact operator” functionality in my voicemail. I just want leave a message function. So how I can I modify this. I also do not want to record or upload any extra voice mail greeting/recording. Standard is sufficient only want to curtail that “contact operator” functionality. Thanks

Create your own "system prompt set" and modify that prompt - RECYAMSG.
Also, if you do not have the operator extension set - it may do nothing... or hang up.

Use an audio editor to modify the existing audio - trim as needed.

Where is file location of the audio file in system which makes standard voicemail greeting, which I have to edited or replaced with new file?


Any suggession or any website which allow me to download standard voicemeil greeting & then I will upload that in my 3CX server. I need genatic voicemail nothing fancy

but i am not sure you can prevent someone from changing their voicemail either in the future.

once you create your promptset, find that line RECYAMSG and click Download.
modify - then upload.
finally, click manage and set this copy promptset as your default.
