Voicemail PIN and Webmeeting URL keep changing

Hi,

We are using 3cx linux v15.5 SP6. Recently our voicemail pin and webmeeting URL keeps changing by itself. We have PMS integration enabled not sure if they are related.

Under Settings>Hotel Services you can select which extension groups are part of PMS. As a starting point, make sure that your own extensions are not included in the room groups and see if it makes a difference for you

Hi John,

Yes it only applies to guest rooms extension, staff are fine.

So when you assign/clear a user from the webclient at least (i.e a hotel room guest extension) it will reset their voicemail pin. If your PMS integration assigns/clears extensions, it can potentially reset this but I'm not sure if this is something you can check directly.

I would suggest to open a ticket for further investigation
