Voicemail Pin Numbers

Hi,

Is there anyway to see users pin numbers for their voicemail or is it just sent via email? I have a business manager who would like all their employees pin numbers.

Please note that in StartUP, the voicemail pin information is only available in the Welcome Email that is send to the user.

I suppose it's up to the manager to manage that sort of thing now.

I do not see any indication that the question was specific to StartUp, so I will offer another alternative. Keep in mind that this will not work for 3CX servers hosted with 3CX because 3CX does not support the installation of 3rd-party tools.

Our tool 3CX Voicemail Manager provides a simple web interface where managers can administer voicemails associated with the people they manage. They can see, listen, forward, and (optionally) delete voicemails. Our tool also provides enhanced group voicemail boxes, and includes voicemail escalation. With escalation, if a voicemail sits in a voicemail box unheard for too long, it will automatically be pushed to the assigned manager. This ensures that voicemails are handled in a timely way.
