With the new 3CX V20 U2 release and the arrival of OpenAI Whisper Speech-to-Text integration, it's possible to obtain the transcription of voice messages left in the voicemail which will arrive via email together with the .wav audio voice message attachment.
I use this system to have 3CX send an email to my Helpdesk platform and then automatically open voice-transcribed tickets.
It would be very useful if a new variable were introduced in the VoiceMail Template that passes the email address of the calling contact (recorded in the 3CX Address Book).
