Voicemail Transcription Not Working After Upgrade v20 PRO

After upgrading to version 20 our voicemails are not being transcribed anymore.

I setup the Google cloud storage as a separate project from our GCP and enabled the API.

I do receive the email with voicemail attached.

I do see the API hit in Google console with 100% error rate (see attached)

Does the Google cloud storage need to be in the same project as our server?

Any help is appreciated, I am not sure how to dig into the API error in Google cloud.

I followed the guides you linked.

When I visit this page https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text the link says "start transcribing"
I assume that means it is enabled.

This API is also enable https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace/product/google/speech.googleapis.com

Service account created for storage also needs Cloud Speech Client permission if being used for speech to text transcription. Without the additional permission you will see "Permission 'speech.recognizers.recognize' denied on resource (or it may not exist)." in the logs.
