Voicemail (VM) options - Remove "press five" (5) to forward voicemails

Hello,
I am surprised that I could not find a thread about this. Long story short, my client does not want the option to forward voicemails. When going to VM options, the prompt says: press 5 to forward voicemail to another extension. Is there a way to disable that option? Can I change the message at least? Users abuse that option and send Voicemails indiscriminately to avoid taking on tasks. Or even better, can we have an extension of the ability to "not receive" forwarded voicemails?

Regarding your question, disabling the option to transfer voicemails to another extension is not possible.

Thank you. Do you suggest any work around. Is there a future plan to at least have the options in the extensions settings to "not receive" forwarded VMs?

Currently, there is no workaround to prevent this.
Also, we don't have any information about this feature changing in the future.
