I am trying to access voicemail remotely to pick up messages / change greetings - we do not use the digital receptionist.

Is it possible to be transferred to an individual extension's voicemail box and then access it using the PIN ?

when you try and access your messages with the 999 code just press # and then enter the extension number and pin to check the messages. I do not know of a way to be transferred to a mailbox and then enter the pin outside of someone transferring you to 999 (or the voicemail code) and then press #.

It involves setting up a DR, AND relies on the fact that you don't already use the operator extension (although, you can get creative in the DR to get around that).
