Voicemails sent to multiple emails?

Is it possible to have a voicemail sent to multiple emails on 3CX without using ring groups and without having to physically reset the phones?

One of the challenges of sending the same voicemail to multiple people is inevitably you will have multiple people chasing the same voicemail (a waste of staff resources). As an alternative, you may want to look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool. Our group voicemail option monitors who has listened to a voicemail and will turn off the MWI and update the voicemail HEARD setting for all users if anyone in the group listens to the voicemail.
