Voip/PSTN Gateway

I am trying to configure a HT701for use with a FAX machine. I have seen other forum posting where it looking like the HT701 has a template in 3CX. However I have not been able to find it. When I used the HT template that is is 3CX it did not give me the option to put in the MAC address and did not give me the location of the config file. I have the DID all setup and T38 is not a problem. I just need help getting the device configured in 3CX and the device itself. I hope someone can help.

template for HT:management console-> VoIP/PSTN Gateways-> Add Gateway-> Brand:Grandstream, model HT701...

The Problem I am having is that when I go to add a Voip\PSTN Gateway the only choice I have For GrandStream other than the GXW series is HT 488 and thats it

Which version of 3cx do you have? in 3cx management console go to "3CX Phone System Updates"-> "Voip gateway template updates "and see if there is template for your model... than do "update for that template"
