i can call outside en intern but cannot get called from the outside.

what can i try?

with wireshark i see the number that is calling me

but the caller hears a in use tone?

please help me

You can try to send wireshark capture along with PBX's logs of incoming call into my mail box arthur at 3cx dot com

did you install the routing in the right way?
Not automatically every outside call reaches your phone, unless you rout it right. Call yourself on that number and see what is happening

i forwarde port 5060 to my pbx

you should open lots of ports more for this. Read the Port Forwarding messages.

i change my router and open port 5060 udp and this is working now.

old router is a speedtouch
