VOIP transfer issue

Hi,

When I receive a VOIP call from my call centre into my office and when I transfer this call to another department in the office the calls always drop after 60 seconds when in conversation with the customers.

Any ideas on this?? It's a Cisco sytem.

You've discovered the forum for the 3CX PBX system.

If you are on a Cisco system it's probably a good idea to post this on a Cisco community forum for someone to better help you.

As it appears your issue is with a Cisco , you are probably better off asking this question on a Cisco forum

Or just rip out your Cisco system and move to 3CX entirely

There are plenty of us here on the forums if you ever want to take the plunge!
