Solved Volume on hold music

Hello,

I had a lot of requests from customers to turn the volume of the hold music down. Because it is very loud.
And I cannot find that option in 3CX?

You can’t from 3CX. Take the wav file into audacity and adjust the volume there. Save and put the file back.

if they have phone with volume feature , they can low volume themself

Hi jordy,

Remember to restart the services after you replace the file because the system will not be aware that the file was modified since the last time it was loaded into memory.
