Hi,
should this work via a T54w?

Followed the guide: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-dect-w52p/
But no matter what i do it wont register?
Anybody got any ideas?

What firmware level is the phone on firstly and are you trying to connect it the phone behind another router phone or 3CX SBC?

Can you please provide some context to your issue? Simply putting trying to provision and does not work will not give anyone any insights to what the problem maybe.

Hi, on the FW as in the post 25.81.0.30.
Using a T54w as the router phone (registered OK) FW:96.86.0.76.

I've added all the details but the admin page just says "registration failed"

I see this dect is no longer in the "add" devices but the post says you can manually add.
What details should be in the

Register Name
user Name
Password
i have these as the user would logon to the web

So you’re manually connecting the phone which I’m afraid is not supported from our side.

All I say is check the registration name as this is not the extension number.

hi, unsupported is absolutely fine. This is my test system so just wanted to try to get it working.

Without an SBC its not supported. You will find DECT under Trunks & Chat.

in the extension, add a Generic IP Phone.
Once added, use these details in the phone's interface.
I routed mine via a T54w
