W70b Provision failed

I am a noob so bear with me. I am using a raspberrypi for my SBC. I have gotten everything to connect except the base station. It will not provision no matter what I try. I have downloaded the newest firmware, reset the base to factory settings multiple times but no luck provisioning. I followed all instructions to the T, but am I missing something? Is there a username and password I should be entering in the phone settings under the provisioning url given by 3cx? I noticed in other threads something to do with FSX?DECT but I have no idea where this setting is and no supporting documents on it.

can you give some more details, what FW release is used on DECT base, which 3CX document did you follow to install, where is you PBX ? local ? cloud? 3CX Cloud ?
Do you use SMB licence PBX ?

Yes. I followed that guide. It did not work for me as stated above, where I posted this exact same link.

You are using the wrong firmware version. Check the firmware version as per the link in the guide: https://www.yealink.com/en/solution-detail/resource-for-3cx

it should be: W70B-146.85.0.30

You shall proceed with the latest however you need to ensure that the device is able to contact the PBX through https.
