Since Fanvil use BusyBox as their embedded OS (Not sure about Yealink).
It should be possible to make a 3CX firmware that periodically sends WoL packets via the ether-wake command to the SBCs MAC address (Should it not get a registration response from its IP address) to start up the SBC assuming it has WoL enabled on its ethernet port.
PS: We always try to enable auto boot from power off on our 3CX SBC machines. However it does not always work specially if someone accidentally shuts down the machine.
