Hello all,

I need assistance in understanding if my setup is correct.

Scenario:
Main office with 3 users
3 Remote offices with 2 users

The main aim of the 3CX system is to have free intra office calls.
my remote users can connect to the server and the extension status shows 'registered' and their phone shows 'on hook' and available
but when a call is initiated, the extension status on the 3CX server shows as dialling but the call never reaches the extension dialled.

It works perfectly fine in main office locally.

I need to understand a couple of things:
How do I setup remote extensions
The local extensions 'other tab' shows the extension as logged out even though they are online and connection. How do I enable that?
