Hi all. I'm currently using VoIP Innovations but their service causes my some headaches. Mainly, they don't support registered trunks, so I can only send to a static public ip address. This adds a lot of expense at $25/month for a single static IP that's only use for these customers is the phones.

I'm looking for a provider with similar pricing but supports registration so I can use dynamic IP addresses.

Would I be able to do 2 sip registrations to different IP addresses? For ISP failover?

By the nature of SIP registration it's not tied to the IP address. So your 3CX would just register via the active internet connection at the time.
