I haven’t any screenshots yet but my users are saying when installing the desktop client on windows they are getting a message like the title. I assume it’s due to a . (A full stop/period) In their home folder name. Is there a workaround. /switch when installing or do I have to bulkrename all users home folders and renap them in ad.

The reason users are migrating to desktop client is the dialer pad when on a call and having the web client open it obscures the stuff behind and you can’t minimise it

Can you send me a screenshot for confirmation?
