Hi team! We are trying to set a Poly Trio 8800 as a 3cx phone manually, and we aren't being capable to make it.
We were looking at the 3cx activity logs and we see that the phone calls we make from the device are arriving in 3cx, but it is denied due to a proxy issuee.
We aren't being capable even to SIP register the phone! The most weird is that a few time ago it used to work properly in this phone, but now, making the same installation procedure, it doesn't work, which makes me think it might to be a change in some device's firmware update. Anyone could help me with some direction in this case? Is there any documentation? What could I do?
