See the attached screenshot. User receives this error when receiving calls from non-Web Clients (i.e., hard phones). User does not receive this error when receiving calls from other Web Clients.

We're running 3CX version 18.0 (Build 314) from a Raspberry Pi.

User is logging on from her home using Chrome for OS X (not sure what OS version).

Anything we can do to fix this?

Have you tried letting the user use the Mac Client?

Are you using a supported hardphone? Provide specific details of model and firmware version of what called the webclient

My understanding is that the Mac Client isn't supported anymore? She doesn't get the error when using the 3CX web client from Firefox. None of the other users (myself included) receive this error when using Chrome from Windows or Mac.

We're using Cisco CP-7841s. Hardware version: 33. Software version: sip78xx.11-1-1MSR2-1.loads

That is an unsupported phone, and judging from the error message it must be sending a malformed SDP in the INVITE.

We suggest that you replace the device with one of the 3CX supported models:

Understood. That being said, the web client works as expected on all other computers, suggesting to me that this is a problem with the web client, no?

In case it is a Webclient issue, it may have already been resolved in a later version.
You are currently on U2 but we are launching U5 which has had a lot of changes/fixes done since U2.
If you can replicate this on the latest version let me know.

PS: The latest builds are not available for the Pi - they might come later but for now you will have to install this on a VM or dedicated machine if you wish to test it..
