Solved Web client uses wrong web meeting URL

The native fat client correctly takes you to the external 3cx webmeeting URL, ie https://xxxx.3cx.net/webrtc/etc, but our web client simply redirects to our internal non secure URL at http://host.domain.com:5000. I have a support ticket open (160841) but they are now blaming the issue on ports being open. We are on 15.5 SP1, and all the necessary ports are open for the system to function normally and the system has been working fine since version 14. Ports should have nothing to do with the wrong link being used in the web client. Any ideas?

Support pointed me in the right direction, and instead of using the suggested non-https link in the admin site, we changed to the https://site.com:5001/webclient and now things work.
