We've recently started bringing all our staff onto the V18 Desktop and web client after they've been on the older v16 desktop client for some time.
They are complaining that the UI/UX is not up to scratch and vastly different to what they're used to seeing on the v16 client.
I do tend to agree that the visibility of the information (while all there) is not easily visible and quite cluttered together.
Is there any plans to update the UI/UX in the near future?
