web portal site can't be reached

Hello folk,

I Just renewed my system after missing the date by 1 day and it seems that my web client is now no longer opening. Does anyone know if it just takes some time for it to reactivate or anything I can do to fire it all back up ASAP. I know its on me for forgetting that the system didn't auto renew, the system did say I had 30days to renew without losing my data.

EDIT: I run SMB onsite at 2 locations both worked just fine before today when I realized I needed to update my payments.

Please note that you also need to add and renew the 3CX hosting and the subscription in order for the system to come back online. Once you pay for hosting, wait 5 minutes and the system should come back up with the configuration. Do not try to redeploy, as this will deploy a new system without the previous configuration.

So I did just edit my post. I have onsite linux SMBs that worked previously I assumed it would just go from there like it did before, My previous subscription did not have hosting enabled via 3CX.

Looking back at my invoices over the years I see I was paying for hosting and didn't realize it. I have my SMBs onsite and according to my last invoice from last year I did not pay for hosting all of 2025. Why would this cause an issue now? If I need to set up hosting because I was in fact using it before then I will add it. Looking at the portal it wont let me just add hosting without processing another order on top of the one I just did this morning.

Is there a way for me to move my "hosted" system to my SMB's as I really thought that is how I was running things. I did just find a 2nd invoice from the same day in 2025 that shows hosting and a subscription while another one shows no hosting. I am not sure what happened.

I found the add hosting without upgrading. I will just add the hosting back save myself a headache
