We have a client that is using a portable phone in the parts department where they move around a lot, a desk phone isn't really suitable for that location. The webclient won't make the connection to the phone, so the call integration features won't work. The phone is provisioned through 3CX, is there any way to get this to work or are W60s not supported for this functionality?

Alright, thanks for the response. We ended up adding a desk phone on the same extension for this user to unlock the webclient functionality

For what kind of utilisation do you need the webclient ?

Of course you've no call integration or any phone management on the WebClient but you still can do some stuff with !

Does the user need a phone at all in this case? If they use the webclient and a headset they can skip the phone altogether and use it as a softphone.

They can also use the mobile client on their Android/iPhone if they move around a lot (provided there is WiFi/LTE access)
