When we try to login on web client, with improper password it provides the error message of invalid password or username.

However, if we use the proper username/password combination the screen goes grey and sayd "Disconnected. Waiting for network" and the IP get's blacklisted because of too many invalid attempts with wrong info. Even if I 'allow' then try again with proper combination, same thing. Has anyone experienced this?

I've now whitelisted the IP, my webclient shows active under 'phones' in management, however I still get grey screen with "Disconnected, waiting for network"

it's through the FDQN with a static IP, same thing happens when I use direct IP. and yes, using/webclient
Perhaps I'm using the wrong port? As I've never had to enter the Port before...

If it helps this is the error I'm getting in Chrome Console:

Now I've confirmed it's inside a separate network as from outside it's accesible without issue... (IE my mobile device suing chrome can access webclient, but once I join the wifi it creates the issue)... Something in the router somewhere...

Are you hosted on-premise or Cloud?

Cloud. Google.

Yes, I have to agree then it sound like your WiFi router/connection is the problem.

I would suspect that it is blocking some of the traffic or perhaps running DPI and causing issues with TLS.

Check whether your router uses any special security features or perhaps strict parental controls

It's been the same router for over a year without issue, I'm surprised it's all the sudden. I'm starting to think it's the ISP as I've changed every setting I can think of with no change. It only started a few days ago and there were no hardware or software changes within those two days so now I"m sort of at a loss.
