Hi,
Our webclient is not working anymore to start a call on a connected SNOM phone when dialing an international number format starting with "+". Dialing numbers starting with "00" oder internal or local numbers works as expected.

Snom firmware: 10.1.54.13
3CX Version: 10.0.5.611 (hosted)

Doesn't work either with Chrome ( Version 83.0.4103.116 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) ) or new Edge ( Version 83.0.478.61 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit) )

it seems this appeared about 2 weeks ago as a new SNOM Firmware was announced in the 3CX, and phones was updated automatically.

any suggestions welcome!
thx,
Jörg

The same is with Gigaset N870. uaCSTA dialing works with numbers "00...", not with "+...."

@autohaus we do not support uaCSTA on DECT in the first place so this is not an expected feature.

I doesn't matter though, the Gigaset has its own ruleset for converting + to 00 and this is a different thread for a different matter.

Snom has released a new firmware version which is now available on the 3CX updates page and will address the following issues:

1. Directory Missing
2. Cannot call numbers with + from webclient when choosing Snom phone

It should appear as an update on your PBX within the day
If you see this message later, the update may have already been downloaded by your PBX, please check your Phones tab for any devices appearing in red and you can deploy it from there for all Snom models that were affected
