We like the Webclient a lot, I'm gradually pulling clients away from using the Windows client unless there's some pressing reason (e.g. Outlook integration) that keeps them.
The one thing I can't work out how to do, however, with the webclient, is how to switch it to softphone mode. If I'm in the office< I can use it to manage calls on my Yealink no problem. If I go out, I might want to use my laptop to make calls, it's no good clicking "Dial" and knowing that somewhere 20 miles away my Yealink just called my client!
If I l click the "Phone" icon at the top, it just shows a list of the desk phones I can control with it, no option that I can see for clicking "none" and using it stand-alone.
