You need to log in as an extension such as a system admin extension (number).

When I was on V18 (before the upgrade to V20), all users have 'user rights' and there is an 'admin' user with 'admin rights'.
after the upgrade, all users can login except admin user that show 'incorrect username or password'

Use the extension number not the word “admin”. Email address may work now too? (Don’t recall offhand)

A system owner extension was required as of 18u6 or 7 or thereabouts.

thank you solved, i found the owner extension
