Webex access codes not accepted

Hello. We use v. 14 and have a common issue with cisco spa 504g (latest firmware) phone where when you try to dial the access code to enter a webex it will not accept the digits? Where would i begin to troubleshoot something like this? I look through 3cx activity log but don't see much.

Well you really should be on v15.5 but that's not really the issue here. You are having a problem with DTMF being recognized. Are you using SIP trunks or...?
