Hello!
Got some issues with the video conferencing set up in my company's conference room when I try to use Webmeeting.
I get the "Could not detect your Webcam" error whenever I try to join or host a meeting. The issue occurs in both Firefox and Chrome, but only on this one PC. If I connect another PC to my videoconferencing equipment (the Logitech ConferenceCam BCC950), it works just fine. On the problem PC, I'm also able to use other videoconferencing software and do webcam tests just fine. It's just 3CX Webmeeting that doesn't work.
I've even gone so far as to wipe and reload Windows on this machine to no avail. Has anyone else run into an issue like this?
TIA!
