I have one user (latest version of WebClient on Chrome on Windows 10, latest version of 3CX) who is getting the WebRTC Line is not registered message in th e3CX web client. He had it a while back (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/webrtc-line-is-not-registered.74082/page-2#post-347673), I replaced his laptop with a new one (for other reasons) and all was well for a couple of weeks, but now he is getting the issue again.

He is the only one of 30 extensions to have this issue.

What can I do to fix this?

I would also check to ensure that chrome is fully updated, and then log in using incognito mode to see if the issue stops occurring there

Just had this happen to a customer today in chrome on a mac, waiting to hear back if a reboot and check for update for chrome fixes it or not.

Really missing the OSX app.

Sometimes, Chrome has trouble with sleep. Have them check the icon color in the toolbar (blue means connected, grey means not connected).

They can right-clickthe icon and press Reload Extension to force a reconnect.

Good to know but the end user doesnt use the extension, in this case chrome just needed to be updated and everything worked properly again.
