Welcome email not showing admin portal info

When selecting extension that has Admin/manager rights and sending the Welcome Email the admin portal link is not displayed. We've got two extensions setup exactly the same way and those do show both the user facing portal and admin port links. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

On another note is there a way to edit the .pdf that is sent with Welcome Email to users specifically the quick guide?

Hi @mmarks9156

The Welcome email does not include the admin portal (Management Console).

The email should only contain the links to the webclient.

Note: The email you receive when first activating the system does include those links, but that cannot be resent.

Thank you for your response. I'm a bit confused since we have been able to resend this email to other employees that includes the Admin port with no issues. See attached.

This can be added as a static value in the Welcome email template
