Solved Welcome email template after an upgrade from v16 to v18

Hello everyone,

I've upgraded our telephone system from version 16 to v18 and I noticed that the welcome email template contains information for v16. For example, the link to download the Windows app refers to the old v16 softphone (https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneforWindows16.msi)
Can someone please help me with updating the welcome email to v18? I haven't checked what apps it is referring to yet, but I'd assume it is to the older apps version too.

I found a thread saying I can login to the 3CX portal and download it from there but what I find there is 3CX Windows Client (Legacy) and 3CX Desktop App which actually takes me to the user guide for the web client, I need an installation file that works with v18

This is correct, the v16 Legacy Windows client can provision v18 extensions, hence the link is correct.

UPDATE: You'll need to find the links in the Welcome Email, as you mentioned, and they are correct.
