Welcome Email V16 UK

Since V16 SP2 we now get a Get Started with 3CX guide attached to our welcome emails, can we remove or edit this as it is saying that the voicemail number is 999. In the UK 999 is the number for the emergency services and we have had an instances of a customer calling the emergency services meaning to call there voicemail.

This does not allow us to edit/remove the PDF attachment to the email.

Yes the voicemail is set by default to 666 in the UK. 3CX have made a quick start PDF they now attach to all welcome emails and have clearly overlooked the difference between the US and UK voicemail numbers.

The Voicemail extension is already 666 by default in the UK however this does not change the 3CX PDF.

Is there a parameter so we can not include this as it is a lot of work every time we upgrade a system to go in a delete the file.

Not at the moment, you can move the PDFs in another folder if you wish to disable this for now
