Solved Welcome emails not being received

Recently I've noticed that welcome emails are not being received by any user if I request them.
We use custom SMTP server (office 365).
All other notification emails eg trunk down, backup succeed/fail etc work perfectly.
Welcome emails have always worked in the past.

Anyone have any ideas what I can try please?

You need first to update to the latest version of the PBX V18 Update 8 (Build 939) and to ensure that you do not use a custom Welcome email template.
